Shipping: takes place the business day following receipt of order and payment.
You will receive an email to let you know for sure that your order is leaving.
Shipping that is either included or at the flat rate of $5.00 is standard postal mail within the United States and Canada. If you are in a hurry and would like to upgrade your freight, please let us know in the notes when you complete your order. Once the upgraded freight price is calculated we will send you the PayPal link for the difference. Again, once paid, your order will be able to ship the next business day.
If you are ordering outside of North America, please place your order and make payment as usual. Your order will be packaged and the freight prices and times will be obtained and we will email you of the options for you to choose from. Any shipping already paid during your original order and payment will certainly be applied to the final freight cost to reduce that for you.
Returns and refunds: If you find that you have purchased something incorrectly and would like to reurn it for a refund, please contact us prior to sending so that we will know why it is coming back! Once received your refund will be processed and mailed/applied to your credit card payment minus a $10.00 restock charge to cover all the costs incured with returns. There is 30 day limit for returning materials.
